Terms & Conditions


Orders & Payments
By placing an order and clicking 'Order' the customer commits to the order and is thereby obliged to pay for the order. Any additional costs for shipments are actual default shipment costs.


Shipment & Delivery
Handmade BySanaah will ship orders within 3 days after receiving the order, unless stated differently on the website. Please let us know if you require your shipment quicker, and we will ship your order as fast as possible.


Reflection period, Right to withdraw & Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you received your goods without giving any reason. You must send the goods back within 14 days after informing the trader. You will then be credited with the total amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the goods from your home to the shop are for your own account. If you use your right of withdrawal, you need to return the goods with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging to us. To exercise this right, please contact us on rashida@bysanaah.nl. We will give a refund within 14 days from receipt of your cancellation provided that the returned goods have been received in good order. We reserve the right to refuse returns or not fully refund your purchase if we suspect that the item has been used or if the item has been damaged due to the return shipment. BySanaah also reserves the right to refuse returns or not fully refund your purchase after 14 days of placing the order.


Exclusion of right to withdraw
Custom items made according to specific customer wishes will be excluded from the right to withdraw.


Complains & Conformity
Please contact us by email if you have a complaint about one of BySanaah articles. Please provide a clear description and photos. We will get back to you within 3 working days to discuss what would be a fitting and reasonable solution.


An order may be cancelled without reason before it has been shipped. We will refund your purchase within 5 working days minus administration- and transaction costs (€2,95).



Handmade BySanaah produces high quality products to fit regulations and given specifications. Slight differences in colors may occur. We hand check all products before shipping. We encourage you to notify us of complaints by sending an email to rashida@bysanaah.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to sign up for dispute mediation by WebwinkelKeur/ValuedShops. From February 15, 2016 it is for EU consumers possible to submit complaints using the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When your complaint is not submitted elsewhere you are free to file your complaint using the EU platform. We do advice to submit your complaint first to us or by contacting rashida@bysanaah.nl.


BySanaah exclusively uses personal information to process orders, forms, e-mails and promotions. We only submit the name, email and address of a customer to the site of our parcel partner in order to make a shipping label. We only subscribe name and email to the mailing list of our e-mail marketing service after a double opt-in. The website of BySanaah uses Google Analytics to collect anonymous data. We don't connect this data to personal customer information.


Intellectual property
This website is property of BySanaah. BySanaah reserves the right of this website and its content based on the laws of intellectual property. Text and images from this website may only be used if BySanaah has given its explicit permission.
